1. Product Quality Issue Handling

If customers discover problems such as impurities, purity discrepancies, or crystallization discrepancies with product specifications during use, please contact us by phone or email with a description of the issue, batch number, and COA image. We promise to have a technical specialist respond within 24 hours to confirm a solution. If a replacement product is required, we will arrange shipment within three business days and provide a logistics tracking number.

2. Batch Traceability

Each batch of delivered chemicals is marked with a unique batch number and production record number. If customers have any questions after receiving the product (such as content deviation, color difference, or unusual odor), please provide the batch number. We will verify the raw material source, operator, reaction conditions, and testing records through our ERP system. We will complete a quality traceability report within 48 hours and inform you if the problem is an anomaly and whether a replacement is required.

3. Specific Technical Support

Customers may encounter the following issues while using our products:
