Custom R&D Services for Chemical Intermediates

We undertake custom synthesis of organic intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates, and new material chemicals, providing a full-process service from synthesis development to production, packaging, and export.

OEM and ODM

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) services involve original equipment manufacturing (OEM). Clients already have established formulas or product standards. We manufacture the product according to the provided formula, apply the client's label, and package and ship the product.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services involve clients providing functional requirements or application directions, and we undertake all steps from molecular design, route development, laboratory synthesis, to large-scale production.

Customization Process

Clarify requirements: Customers provide target compound information (such as CAS number, structure, and application), and specify requirements for purity, packaging, delivery volume, and application scenarios.

Technical Evaluation and Quotation: Our R&D team will evaluate the feasibility of the synthesis route and provide a detailed quotation and technical specifications based on factors such as cost, delivery time, and experimental difficulty.

Contract and Project Initiation: After confirming the collaboration, both parties sign a contract and confidentiality agreement to officially initiate the project.

Sample Delivery: Samples are prepared in the laboratory and undergo necessary quality testing (such as NMR and HPLC). The samples and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) are then sent to the customer for confirmation.

Pilot Scale-Up: After the customer confirms the sample is qualified, we will conduct a trial production run on a kilogram scale to verify the stability of the product's purity, yield, and impurity control after scaling up, preparing for subsequent mass production.

Mass Production: Entering the full production phase, we complete mass production according to the customer's specifications and assist with labeling, packaging, boxing, customs clearance, and other tasks.

Delivery: After the product passes testing, we arrange shipment and provide a full set of documentation (such as COA, MSDS, packing list, etc.).
